Georgia Rectors Blogspot Wins Free Candy!

I have just been contacted by Debra from Georgia Rectors Blogspot for the free bloggers candy.  Debra has an obvious passion for photography and blogging. Hopefully when Debra receives our candy, she can take some unique shots of it and post them on her blog!

I scrolled through Debra's blog and on the top left side I saw a great quote,

LOL! How great is that?  Let me ask you, fellow readers, what have you done today that made the world a better place? Today, I worked really hard to give some hope and faith to a good friend of mine. She is an amazing young woman with a special needs child, and she just needed a reminder that the world is full of endless possibilities.

So check it out! I received an email from a very cool blogger the other day. She hasn't been blogging for a year so we can't send her the free blogger's candy, but I thought I'd give her a link at least.

So Lawsy Mercy Blogspot is a great blog about food and recipes, shopping adventures, and how she enjoys life in Knoxville, TN.

Lately I have been running into many pensive bloggers from Tennessee. My In-Laws retired there and have started this awesome new chapter of their lives- having a blast from when the sun comes up till after it goes down! I think there might be a secret fountain of youth somewhere around there!

Free Candy for another blogger!

Attorney and fellow blogger, Steve Ogle, has sent a request for our free 5lbs of candy.  Steve seems to be an interesting guy...... 

He posts about daily living with his family, town issues, interesting foods, restaurant reviews, and a vast array of other topics. Occasionally he even throws in a piece of art work- which had me flashback to elementary school when my mother was "Picture Lady" and she would bring in art work to educate us (and more importantly cookies to keep us interested)!

So during a day of intense blog surfing, my mother came across a blog advertising a free Campbell's Holiday Gift Basket. And to our surprise she actually won it!

What a neat surprise to actually win a blog giveaway! A lovely basket with a cookbook, a few cans of Campbell's products, a thermos, and a casserole dish all came in the basket. Sometimes you just never know if you are going to be the winner so it is always worth a shot.

Blog Candy

OK- had to repost this blog! Sorry but I forgot one other fabulous piece of blog candy- Wentworth Miller! Sorry boys- don't mean to objectify you, but you all sure are pretty sweet looking!  Interestingly enough, they all have similarities to my movie star hubby! hee, hee!

Why do I keep reading about "Blog Candy"? What exactly is it? Does blog candy imply that there are fun blogs to read? Fun prizes to win? Fun items to view? I don't get it. I am always looking for ideas to write about with regard to "candy", and I keep coming across the term "blog candy".

Our statistics show that the primary viewers and purchasers on our website are women aged 30-55 years old. So ladies, here is some "Blog Candy" for ya!
