Candy Cocktails

Candycocktail

I am planning a Mom's Club end of summer party! At first I was thinking of a champagne party, but NOW I am thinking a different route- Candy Cocktails!

I was visiting the National Confectioner's Website and found some fabulous recipes for candy cocktails! They listed: Mint Chocolate Mojito, Big Rock Candy Martini, Chocolate S'more Martini, and a Butterscotch Martini.

Then I decided there had to be more out there! Check it out:

Drink Mixer has this Candy Cocktail (it scored a 10/10 on their rating system):

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the 151 proof rum, dr. pepper and amaretto, stir, and serve.

They also have a Jolly Rancher:

Pour vodka and melon liqueur into a cocktail shaker, and fill with cranberry juice. Shake, pour over ice in a highball glass, and serve.

Extra Tasty boasts a Vodka Skittles recipe:

Empty the bag of skittles into the bottle of Vodka. BE SURE TO TAKE OUT THE GREEN SKITTLES OR IT WILL TASTE NASTY. Leave it to sit for two days to let the skittles dissolve into the vodka. Open and drink as shots, getting all the alcohol of the vodka with all the sugar of the skittles and a lovely fruity flavour.

Super Cocktails has a Sweet Tart Cocktail that sounds delish!

    • 3/4 oz Vodka (Stoli)
    • 3/4 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
    • 1 Splash Sweet And Sour
    • 1 Splash 7-Up

Bar None Drinks features a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cocktail:

2 tbsp. Chocolate Syrup - (more)
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter (Chunky) - (more)
2 scoop(s) Vanilla Ice Cream - (more)
1 1/2 oz. Cocoribe - (more)
1 1/2 oz. Vodka - (more)

Blend until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass. Drink with a straw.

And remember! Taste is important, but so is presentation!

Make sure you garnish with a lovely piece of candy!
